Ingredients:
- 2 porter house steaks
- 2 cans skinless tomatoes
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp cornstarch
- 1 cup ice water
- 1 onion sliced
- 1 garlic clove minced
- 2 tsp Italian dressing
Directions:
Heat the olive oil in a skillet and brown the porter house steak on all sides. Remove the porter house steaks and set them aside. Add to the skillet, the cold water and cornstarch. Continue to add the tomatoes, onion, garlic and Italian dressing to the skillet. Add the porter house steaks and continue to simmer until thickened. Serve steaks immediately and pour gravy on top of the steaks.
