Recipe Ingredients:
- 1 Porterhouse steak
- 1 cup cream cheese
- 1 cup frozen spinach
- 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp parsley
- 1 tsp salt and pepper
Recipe Directions:
Preheat oven to broil. Slice porterhouse steaks in to thin fillets. In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, frozen spinach, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, parsley, salt and pepper until smooth.
Spread cream cheese mixture on one face of the sliced meat and roll steak up creating a meat roll. Place in oven and broil for 5-10 minutes until desired doneness.
