Ingredients:
- 2 Porterhouse steaks
- 1 jar favorite barbecue sauce
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Sear the Porterhouse steaks for 1-2 minutes on each side to lock in juices. Reduce heat to medium and rub BBQ sauce over each steak.
Place steaks on BBQ grill and grill steaks for 4-5 minutes or until preferred doneness. Meanwhile, continue to coat the porterhouse steaks with barbecue sauce until done.
Suggestion: Serve this BBQ porterhouse with corn on the cob and potato salad.
