Blue Cheese Crusted Prime Porterhouse Steak

Ingredients:
- 2 prime porterhouse steaks
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 cup blue cheese crumbled
- 1/2 small onion
- 1 clove garlic minced
- 1/2 cup crumbled bread crumbs
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1 tsp parsley
- Salt and Pepper to taste

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.  Heat olive oil in saucepan to medium high and sear each side of the prime porterhouse steak.  Place porterhouse steaks in a pan in the oven and allow to roast for 5-7 minutes until desired doneness.

Meanwhile melt butter in saucepan and saute onions and garlic until soft and add parsley.  Combine in mixing bowl crumbled blue cheese, bread crumbs and onion mixture.  Spread mixture on top of each prime porterhouse steak and broil in oven until browned and bubbly.
