Ingredients:
- 1 Porterhouse steak
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp pepper
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp parsley
Directions:
Preheat the broiler to high. Season both sides of the porterhouse steak with salt and pepper then place the porterhouse steak on the oven rack and broil for about 5 minutes per side. Meanwhile, whip together the softened butter, garlic powder and parsley. Place a spoonful of the butter on top of the broiled porterhouse steak to serve.
