Preheat the grill to medium high.  In a small sauce pan, saute the shrimp in butter on medium head for 5 minutes.  Slice the <strong>porterhouse steak</strong> lengthwise about halfway down the steak to create a pocket.</p>
<p>Stuff the shirmp and butter into the <strong>porterhouse steak</strong> pocket. Hold the pocket closed with toothpicks.  Season both sides of the <strong>porterhouse steak</strong> with salt, pepper, garlic powder, tarragon and thyme.</p>
<p>Place the <strong>stuffed porterhouse steak</strong> on the grill for about 3-5 minutes per side.</p>

<p><strong>Directions:</strong><br />
In a medium mixing bowl, combine cayenne pepper, garlic powder, soy sauce, worchestershire sauce, salt, pepper, and red wine.  Marinade <strong>porterhouse steaks</strong> for 2-6 hours.  Preheat grill to medium-high heat.</p>
<p>Sear <strong>Porterhouse steak</strong> for 1-2 minutes on each side to lock in juices.  Reduce heat to medium and grill steak for 4-5 minutes or until preferred doneness.  Serve with a dallop of sour cream and sweet potato fries to add contrast in flavors.</p>
