<p>Preheat grill to medium high. Season the <strong>porterhouse steaks</strong> with the garlic salt and pepper. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet. Add to the skillet, the onion, mushrooms and white wine.</p>
<p>Place the <strong>porterhouse steaks</strong> on the grill and cook each side for about 3-5 minutes.  For best results, more tender, more juicy steaks, flip the steaks only once.</p>
<p>Reduce white wine sauce to half and pour the sauce over the <strong>grilled porterhouse steak</strong> to serve.</p>

<p><strong>Directions:</strong><br />
Preheat grill to medium-high heat.  Sear the <strong>Porterhouse steaks</strong> for 1-2 minutes on each side to lock in juices.  Reduce heat to medium and rub BBQ sauce over each steak.</p>
<p>Place steaks on BBQ grill and grill steaks for 4-5 minutes or until preferred doneness.  Meanwhile, continue to coat the porterhouse steaks with barbecue sauce until done.</p>
<p>Suggestion: Serve this BBQ porterhouse with corn on the cob and potato salad.</p>
