Ingredients:
- 1 Porterhouse steak
- 1/2 cup steak sauce
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 tbsp lime juice
- 1 tsp vinegar
- 2 tbsp ground red pepper
- Salt to taste
Directions:
In a shallow dish, combine the steak sauce, olive oil, brown sugar, lime juice, vinegar, ground red pepper, and salt. Place the porterhouse steak into the marinade and place them into the refrigerator for 1-2 hours.
Preheat the grill to medium high and sear all sides of the porterhouse steaks. Continue to cook the grilled porterhouse steak for 3-7 minutes until done.
