Ingredients:
- 2 porterhouse steaks
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic salt
- 1 tsp pepper
- 1 small onion chopped
- 6 mushrooms sliced
- 1 cup white wine
Directions:
Preheat grill to medium high. Season the porterhouse steaks with the garlic salt and pepper. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet. Add to the skillet, the onion, mushrooms and white wine.
Place the porterhouse steaks on the grill and cook each side for about 3-5 minutes. For best results, more tender, more juicy steaks, flip the steaks only once.
Reduce white wine sauce to half and pour the sauce over the grilled porterhouse steak to serve.
