Ingredients:
- 1 Porterhouse steak
- 1 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1 tbsp garlic powder
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp worchestershire sauce
- 1 cup red wine
- Salt and Pepper to taste
Directions:
In a medium mixing bowl, combine cayenne pepper, garlic powder, soy sauce, worchestershire sauce, salt, pepper, and red wine. Marinade porterhouse steaks for 2-6 hours. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
Sear Porterhouse steak for 1-2 minutes on each side to lock in juices. Reduce heat to medium and grill steak for 4-5 minutes or until preferred doneness. Serve with a dallop of sour cream and sweet potato fries to add contrast in flavors.
