Ingredients:
- 2 Porterhouse steaks
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp pepper
- 2 tbsp mustard (Yellow, Dijon or Honey Brown mustard)
- 1/4 cup minced onion
- 1/4 cup olive oil
Directions:
Broil porterhouse steak by preheating the oven to broil. In a small mixing bowl, combine the butter, mustard, salt, pepper, onion and olive oil.
Spread the mustard mixture over each porter house steak. Put the seasoned porterhouse steaks on the broiler pan and into the oven for 5-7 minutes per side.
Suggestion: Use Dijon or Honey Brown mustard instead of yellow mustard.
