Mushroom Stuffed Beef Porterhouse Steak

Ingredients:
- 2 beef porterhouse steak
- 1 small onion chopped
- 1 clove garlic minced
- 2 tbsp butter
- 4 tbsp red wine
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 6 mushrooms sliced

Directions:
Preheat the grill to medium high heat.  Cut a pocket into the beef porterhouse steak.  In a small skillet heat the butter and saute the onion, garlic and mushrooms.

Stuff the onion, garlic and mushroom mixture into the beef porterhouse steak pockets and use skewers to close them.  Sprinkle each beef porterhouse steak with salt and pepper and rub the steaks with red wine and soy sauce.

Grill the beef porterhouse steaks for 3-5 minutes per side.
