Ingredients:
- 1 Porterhouse steak
- 2 cups vegetable oil
- 1 egg
- 1 cup all purpose flour
- 1 cup sweet and sour sauce
Directions:
Heat oil in small saucepan. Chop porterhouse steak into 1 inch cubes. Dip steak cubes into flour, then egg and finally in the flour mixture again.
Place steak cubes into heated oil and fry for 3-5 minutes until golden. Pour sweet and sour sauce over fried steak and serve with white rice.
