Ingredients:
- 1 Porterhouse steak
- 1 leek sliced
- 1 tbsp butter
- 3 mushrooms sliced
- 1/2 clove garlic minced
Directions:
Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Sear Porterhouse steak for 1-2 minutes on each side to lock in juices. Reduce heat to medium and grill steak for 4-5 minutes or until preferred doneness. Meanwhile heat butter in a saucepan and saute leek, mushrooms and garlic ntil leeks are transparent. Remove Porterhouse steak from grill and top with leek mixture. Serve with asparagus.
