Ingredients:
- 1 Porterhouse steak
- 1 small onion sliced
- 3 tbsp all purpose flour
- 1 egg
- 1 cup vegetable oil
- 1 tbsp sour cream
Directions:
Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Sear Porterhouse steak for 1-2 minutes on each side to lock in juices. Reduce heat to medium and grill steak for 4-5 minutes or until preferred doneness.
Meanwhile heat oil to medium to fry the onion rings. Slice onion into thin, long strips and dip into egg then flour to coat. Fry the battered onion in the oil until crispy and golden. Remove Porterhouse steak from grill, dallop the sour cream on top and place the homemade onion rings on top of the sour cream.
