Ingredients:
- 1 prime porterhouse steak
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 small onion
- 1 clove garlic minced
- 1 can sliced mushrooms
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1 tsp parsley
- Salt and Pepper to taste
Directions:
Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Sear the prime porterhouse steaks for 1-2 minutes on each side to lock in juices. Reduce heat to medium and grill the prime steaks for 4-5 minutes or until preferred doneness.
Meanwhile, melt butter in saucepan and saute mushrooms, onions, and garlic until onions are transparent. Mix in sour cream and parsley and combine until smooth. Remove the prime porterhouse steaks from grill and slice into 3 inch strips. Pour sour cream mixture over the prime porterhouse steaks.
