Saki Porterhouse Marinade – Steak Marinade

Steak Marinade
Ingredients:
- 1 Porterhouse steaks
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup rice wine – Saki
- 1/2 small onion
- 1 clove garlic minced

Marinade Directions:
To make the porterhouse marinade, in a mixing bowl, combine soy sauce, saki, onion and garlic.  Slice porterhouse steaks into very thin strips and add to saki mixture.  Allow to steaks to marinate for 4-8 hours.

Cooking Directions:
Heat oil in skillet and cook the pan fried porterhouse steak until browned.  Serve over white rice.
