Steak Marinade
Ingredients:
- 1 Porterhouse steak
- 1/2 cup salsa
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 1 clove garlic chopped
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp cilantro
- 1 tsp red pepper
Directions:
To make the marinade, combine the salsa, olive oil, garlic, lemon juice, cilantro and red pepper in a large zip lock bag. Place the porterhouse steaks in the marinade bags into the refrigerator for 2-6 hours. Bring the porterhouse steak marinade to room temperature.
Preheat the grill to medium high and sear all sides of the porterhouse steaks. Keep the porterhouse steaks on the grill until done, about 3-5 minutes.
