Ingredients:
- 1 Porterhouse steak
- 2 tbsp butter
- 5 large shrimp
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp pepper
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp tarragon
- 1 tsp thyme
Directions:
Preheat the grill to medium high. In a small sauce pan, saute the shrimp in butter on medium head for 5 minutes. Slice the porterhouse steak lengthwise about halfway down the steak to create a pocket.
Stuff the shirmp and butter into the porterhouse steak pocket. Hold the pocket closed with toothpicks. Season both sides of the porterhouse steak with salt, pepper, garlic powder, tarragon and thyme.
Place the stuffed porterhouse steak on the grill for about 3-5 minutes per side.
